Yes, they installed a drain but both ends were up so the pipe was in a "U" shape.  This means water just sits in the pipe and never drains into the yard as intended.  I have made dozens off calls to them over the last several years.   Lots of promises to come fix it but never any action.  Their profile shows they guarantee/warranty their work but that is bs.

It looks okay. Our biggest complaint is that they are not responsive. You call them and leave messages, day after day. We are going with somebody else for the project. The work was fine. We did not have any problem with the work.

I called Four Seasons for a estimate to fix our side and backyard after damage from a tree removal. They came out and gave us an estimate which we thought was fair. The communication was not good. I called and emailed with questions but would usually have to call back again. They just did not seem to want the job. Maybe it was too small. They finally came out and brought dirt to fill in the damaged spots, reseeded and put straw out. The grass came up in long lines like it was not put on even. We have a big project we are getting ready to do but will not hire them.   

They did a fantastic job. They weren't the cheapest people, but weren't the most expensive either. The quality of their work was excellent. They couldn't do the work when they said they were going to do, as we had a lot of flooding. However, that wasn't really their fault. I would use their services in the future too.

Intermediate return dates promised by contractor were not met/no show/no call. Daily calls and surprise visits to the company's office were required. From contract signing to completion was promised to be four to five weeks, (inclusive of one to two week start delay.) The project took over two months to complete. Very frustrating experience overall. Price was very good for work performed. Crew was very cooperative when they were at project site. They even did a little additional work at cost or gratis.
