GREAT experience! The work area was always clean and organized as was the garage where the materials were stored. I ordered materials and Bob picked them up (with the exception of the tile, which I ordered and picked up). He did the work himself and continuously checked in with me, making suggestions along the way. What I thought would take one month, took just over two weeks and didn't interrupt my holidays.
As many have said before, know your contractor, talk often and get the details in writing up front. Follow these sensible rules and you shouldn't have problems.
