Mike and Kathy were great!! They worked around my schedule and stayed in contact with me as the time of service approached. They replaced my sprinkler head and fixed an additional unseen leak for a very reasonable price! Their years of experience, reliability and customer focus make them the only sprinkler company for me.

Mike and Kathy were super helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly about my sprinkler system. I was given tips and things to watch out for in order to be proactive about potential problems. The work was done quick, in a clean manner and efficiently and the customer service was great. I plan on contacting them to winterize my system in the fall, as I was very satisfied and things ran smoothly all summer long.

Excellent. Very mature yard with lots of trees, on a lake with large terrace. Needless to say, they had their work cut out for them with this very difficult installation. 1/3 less than the cheapest bid and did SO MUCH MORE. Root removal, punching under sidewalks etc, and except for an amazing sprinkler system running like a champ, you could not tell they were in the yard! Cannot say enough.

I was very happy with the work that they did. They undid some work that another did for me that was just terrible. I had another company put in an irrigation from my gutters and they hit my sprinkler line. They repaired it with what looked like washing machine hoses and the first time I turned the sprinkler on, everything blew. He put a new piping and it was a first class job.

I had First Class out twice in the last couple summers. Both times when I received the bill I felt overcharged. Mike would answer the phone for other business on my dime as they charge by the hour. Mike and Kathy and some times another person all get paid by the hour and at times one is standing watching the other work. I was told by Mike we are not the cheapest but we fix things right the first time. I had paid for a value leak and within a month notice it was leaking. I did delay calling as it was late fall and are winter seem to never go away with snow on May 2nd. I did call an apologize for not calling sooner. He said he would come out. I called again a couple weeks later as he hadn't came back out. I had called Mike again and he said he did come out and fixed it but said he must had gone to the wrong house. So again he promised to come out. Still NO show a few weeks later. I just called again and he told me it was out and seen a swamp and wasn't going to work in that because I didn't call soon enough. Not sure why he wouldn't call instead of leaving me hanging and least be professional enough the report back of his findings. He began to be loud and tell me I should have called at the time I noticed the leak. I do believe as that was my regret. Now I had never said i wouldn't even pay to have it repaired twice. I was happy to take on my part of the lack of calling sooner. But I felt like I should least have the company who attempted to fix it should look at it first to evaluate what direction I should take. I guess since he felt like he wasn't spending his time to resolve the problem I didn't even deserve a phone call back to tell me what he thinks. He was so assuming he started to blame it on an addition I had made to the house. He even told me it was there a long time. I as the homeowner knows when that was built. It's about 6 weeks old. The leak isn't from the addition. But he assumes it is. I told Mike when I called him the very first time that I planned to build an addition. He said we should come out before you built it. Well he never came as he didn't jump to fix a past repair he only seems to care about new jobs. Since I wasn't sure I wanted to continue working with First Class I was going to see what they were willing to do on the past repair first. Yes I was testing First Class. Sorry they FAILED. NO Class. Oh also Mike hang up on me. He was the one yelling at me. I did tell him than I guess I will need to report you to Angie's list. He said he doesn't care. So since he didn't care I thought with his permission or awareness I should.
I have wanted to complain about others companies bad service as being in the real estates industry for 17 years and as a business owner myself. But honestly it takes time to do that. In all my years this is the first time I felt I had to in protecting the homeowners out there. There may not be many good sprinkler companies out there but this one has to be at the bottom of the list for customer service.
