Carpet was very dirty, Ron did a great job, was on time, did what was on the estimate, this is the type of contractor you what to do business with! The price was fair and I will have FiberCare do my carpets again as they look very good.

He did real well, he got a couple of spots out and in fact he left us a bottle of stuff. We have a couple of animals and the stuff I was putting on the spots didn?t do a thing, This took care of the problem. The price was pretty competitive which is why we went with him.

Scheduling was easy. The rep arrived on time, gave us an estimate and completed the work professionally.

We called Ron at Fibercare and arranged for the cleaning. He promptly scheduled the appointment time and arrived promptly at the specified time. He even called to let us know that he was on the way. He cleaned everything as requested. We have never had someone clean under beds, dressers, etc. Ron moved the furniture carefully and placed pads underneath the furniture. We are delighted with his work. The carpets have never looked so well. The cleaning process was an extraction process and they did an excellent job. We also enjoyed his professional approach. Ron is the best.

HE CLEANED THE CARPET IN OUR WHOLE HOUSE AND WAS ABLE TO GET UP STAINS THAT I COULDN'T GET UP. HE EVEN CAME THE NEXT DAY WHEN I GOT A BIG STAIN IN MY BASEMENT. HE ALWAYS COMES WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL.
