FAMILY POOLS

Simply: The best ever! We have an indoor pool. Amazing how few pool “professional” know anything about them. Andera and Harold are solid gold! Knowledgeable, friendly, and two of the nicest people you will ever meet.

Have had pools for 30 years & have used a variety of pool services. When it comes to reliability, price, & service, Family pools has been simply the best. Friendly staff is always available if problems occur (which have been rare). I just couldn’t be more pleased with a company or staff. Highly recommend!!

Called for an estimate, took about 2 weeks for him to get out and look. Got the estimate about 3 weeks later. Provided him with the deposit when hired, and it took over a month to get the job started. Never had a set date/time to show up. When called/text asking for updates, he told me he does not appreciate being 'demanded', that he has other customers. When he finally came out, he repaired the floor and installed the new liner. However, this was a horrible job. The pool floor is bumpy and clearly not settled properly. The liner was not attached to the stairs, so I had to get him back out to repair. When asked about the floor concerns, he replied that it will eventually even out and would not come back to assess the issue. It was also mentioned many times about our side skimmer leaking and needing to be fixed, he always responded "I will look at it". After the pool was 'complete', we asked again about the leak, he told us the we needed to buy a new pump. This was alarming because we just purchased the pump 2 years ago, and we paid a different company to mark where the leak was at. We will never do business with them again.

It went great! It is so refreshing to find an honest company that does what they say they will do. They were on time, did a great job, and charged a fair price. They could have done more but Mike helped me save considerable money and kept my needs in mind. Great Company, Best in the City.

I absolutely love these guys! They replaced the liner in my above ground pool and it is perfect. Thre are no wrinkles in the liner and it looks great. I'll use them for openings and closing from now on. Family Pools also did work for one of my supervisor's so they got talked up in our office. :-) I gave them the "B" ratings for responsiveness and punctuality only to be completely honest. I understand they were kept from our original appointment time due to employee illnesses. I experienced the same thing at the same time in my place of work so I suspect we fell victim to the same virus that seemed to be going around.

He came out and we never heard from him again. He gave a free estimate. They never got back to us.

It went very well. The girls were very nice and professional. They explained to me that they were going to complete another jobs while my pool was still draining. They came back and finished the job. I was very satisfied.

The price was fair. They were very prompt. They answered my calls when I called. The guys were really professional. They stayed clean. They wore company shirts and everything. They just did a good job.

Problem with plump and pool light. Made an appointment for today. They were a no show and they are not answering phone. Left several messages. Missed a day of work for nothing

They were on time and did a good job given the age, condition and construction of the pool. There were a couple of issues with the liner and previous condition of the pool that were not their fault, but they dealt with them as best they could. This is an over 30 year old pool built with obsolete construction techniques and given that, I don't think anyone could have done better.

Family Pools is very responsive and professional. We have a fairly large inground pool, and we had some problems the water clear after some contamination. Family Pools worked on the problem until it was solved. I highly recommend them.

NEVER CAME OUT TO EVEN LOOK AT MY POOL PROBLEM.
