I had a full service cleaning, along with a simple repair to hose.  Brent had the part on hand, which was very nice.  I'd rate him and his service a solid 10 all day long.  Very professional and knowledgeable too.  I'd highly recommend him to anyone needing their dryer vent cleaned.

The service was punctual, efficient and Brent clearly knows what he is doing. He is a firefighter and made time to do the service even though he was functioning on little sleep as the service was done only days after two of his peers were killed during a fire in KC. I will use him again for his professionalism and dedication alone. Price is average for the area, I just think it's a little high because I'm always on the lookout for a deal. Of note, I have owned my home for 10 years- it was new when I bought it. This was the first time I cleaned the dryer vent. Apparently, this should be done annually. Thank God I didn't burn my house down. Thanks Brent! He also sent an electronic receipt, which I like for my record-keeping.

Brent did a great job and cleaned my dryer vent from the inside.  He had a camera to check that it was cleaned and the airflow was much improved.  He is a firefighter and is  very competent.  I would  highly recommend him.

It would take 2-3 cycles to dry our clothes so we believed that the dryer vent needed to be cleaned. When Brent arrived, he found that the dryer vent was blowing directly into our attic. A bird had built a nest where the vent had originally been attached. This could have caused a fire in our new home.  Brent took pictures and sent them to us to share with our home inspector. He also helped us with  a workaround to allow us to dry our clothes while the replacement parts were being ordered. It worked like a charm. 
Brent wouldn't let us pay him for the initial service call and he returned the following Sunday and made the necessary repairs. The repair cost was much less than we expected.  He went above and beyond our expectations and we are so thankful that we found him! Thank you Brent for everything that you've done!

They showed up on time, were very personable and did a fabulous job for a reasonable price.  FYI, the price I noted is the best I can remember.  I was a year and a half ago they did the service.  I'd definitely use them again.

Our dryer's heating coil burned out, and the repairman told us to get the vent cleaned before running another load. We called Extreme Clean after hours and left a message, and then followed up with them the next morning. Brent was able to schedule us for the next afternoon.
He showed up at precisely the agreed time, and the cleaning and replacement took about 30 minutes. He provided a written/digital inspection report by e-mail.
Our airflow went from the mid-20s to the mid-30s. So, we started out about the and quot;recommendedand quot; levels, but it was still a 50% improvement. But, as we had never had the vent cleaned, and the house is 40+ years old, it was good preventative maintenance.
I chose Brent because of reviews said he provided low pressure service.. There are several companies that do and quot;HVACand quot; or and quot;Ventand quot; cleaning, but they really want to clean all of your HVAC Ducts for a thousand dollars or more. We called one of those companies first, and after we made it clear that we just wanted a dryer vent cleaned, they told us they would call us back to schedule -- and never called back.
There's another company that does specialize in dryer vent cleaning -- and has stellar reviews -- but still manages to charge almost five hundred dollars for many visits, based on claims about current 'code.' I'm sure they're friendly, and that the prices are reasonable for all of the services provided. But we just wanted a dryer vent cleaning, not sales pitch for rebuilding vent system.
If found those reviews to be on point. Extreme Clean provided the service without unnecessary add-ons. They told us that we could buy a similar parts at a big-box store, if we wanted. But, the labor costs were negligible, so we had him replace the existing hose and transition. A very professional visit, and I would happily recommend Brent to others.

Excellent.  Brent is very professional, flexible scheduling and shows up on time.  He really knows what he's doing and you feel like you're getting great service and value for the price which is very reasonable!  I would refer him to everyone and wouldn't use anyone else to clean my dryer vents!

Excellent company to deal with. I left a message for them to call me and within 30 minutes they had called me back. The appointment was scheduled so I didn't have to leave during work. We had just had 12 inches of snow and Brent removed his shoes on a towel he provided before coming into the house. There was no messes left. Our dryer vent had never been cleaned in this home. I was unaware of the dangers but our dryer stopped working because the safety switch was burned out due to poor air flow. When Brent checked the airflow before he cleaned it was at a 10 after he was finished it went to a 20. I had my dryer switch replaced and can tell how much quicker the clothes are getting dried. I will make sure to keep his services on an annual basics.
