Got everything I wanted for a reasonable cost. Was easy to get an appointment. Rick was very thorough and experienced. I'm so happy to have found this company. Hopefully next spring ants won't come into our kitchen. If they do I know who to call.

Today I have my initial treatment for pest control. Craig was very prompt on his arrival time of 7:00 AM. Craig asked about any issues we were seeing on any kind of pest. Great listener and he was able to answer all the questions I had for him. My first impression for Ever-Ready was tremendous. I will be recommending them to anyone I run across that is looking for pest control. It is hard to find good honest hard working people these days and I feel that Craig and Ever-Ready went above and beyond today and I'm sure it will continuing for as long as we have them treating my home.

When I closed on the house, part of the closing was that the house would be treated for termites. Ever-Ready was contracted with to treat and they did and I closed. The quality of their work is good, not excellent.

They send a post card when it is time to spray again. We always have great service and they are willing to come back if we find anything afterwards. This hasn't happened for us though.

We thought they did a good job the first time but we sort of thought they would come out again. We’re on a schedule and we haven’t seen them again. The quality and everything else is good but as far as follow up goes, they’re average. We thought they did okay and their price is average. They spent a lot of time around doing the inside and outside of the house. They’re supposed to do a follow up.

They’ve been reliable. I like the fact that they have a contract so that if they do have to do any work we have a discount. One gets a discount with them after they’ve used them the first time. We’ve had to have our house retreated in some places because the termites would show up in little places after three or four years but we could treat them before they get bad enough to do any damage to the house. I think their price is competitive with everybody else. They are very responsive and they call every year at the beginning of the summer and make an appointment. They remind us so that we don’t forget and also tell us exactly what day they are going to come.

I find them to be good, reliable, middle of the road and no surprises kind of company. They come 4 times a year; they are that kind of company. We had the same guy come out every time, he’s friendly, reliable, and we trust him in our house. It’s been 3 years and it’s the same guy.

Very well. We use them for our termite protection. They are very good and responsive. Their prices are a bit high in my estimation but not any more so than other companies. Pest control is just really expensive for what they do (spray)!

They were very good. They left the area very neat, and they seemed quite competent. Although we cannot tell yet how effective the treatment was, they seemed to do a good job. They sent someone over to look at the area first, and the technician seemed to know what he was doing. We have been happy with them so far.

They came a year ago and did an excellent job and I called them back again this year. They came within a couple of days, put down granules around the outside of the house, sprayed the inside of the garage where the floor meets the wall, and sprayed around the perimeters of the inside of the basement. The workman came on time and called when he was on his way. He did his work promptly and was friendly and professional. I gave him a check and he left and we do not have any more bugs.
