Ed Sandoval Photography

We attended a military ball and Mr. Sandoval was the photographer. They were very unorganized and unprofessional the entire evening. We were the first couple to have our portraits done. I understand that sometimes the start of an event can be a little slow but this was ridiculous. They couldn't figure out how to determine to tell all the couples apart, they were only using 3 disks. After our portrait had been taken we were seated at one of their tables set up to order. The "helper" was given the disc our pictures were taken on so we could view our pictures and select what we wanted to order. The "helper" could not find our pictures because she didn't know how to use the program. There were a couple of obscene words that slipped from her mouth, she was also hollering back and forth to the people taking the portraits trying to get help. The picture ordering process took about 45 minutes and the line behind us was getting long. Fast forward a week. I received a phone call from Mr. Sandoval saying that there was a mix-up with paperwork and the portraits, he didn't know who was who. He wanted to know what we were wearing, how we were standing, and what package we ordered. He then tried to upsell to me after telling me about the problem. Not appropriate at all. Fast forward 2 weeks. I called Mr. Sandoval asking where our portraits were. He told me that he believes our order was sent out last week, when he talked to me. I informed him that he had talked to me well before last week. Overall not a happy camper and I am tempted to cancel my order. From looking at the portraits others have received his work is mediocre at best. I do realize that portraits in front of a screen at an event will not look the best, but for what we paid I'm not impressed with his work.
