Went as planned. Took old opener away! Seemed to be dedicated and knowledgeable.

Mark- was quick to respond and install the garage doors. He spent additional time to make sure the Job was done right when problems were encountered with my old garage.

Mark did a great job. We had hired him almost 2 years ago to install a new garage door for us, and gave him a call again when both our garage doors became a little squeaky and needed a tune-up. He performed the tune-up ($59) as well as replaced all the pulleys (8 @ $4 each - $32). Total was $98.28 with tax. I'd recommend him to anyone needing garage door services!

I was face-fixed for a high tab after the number I did on our garage door this week. I messaged recs we'd reviewed on a couple sites, and had a reply from Mark through Angie's the following morning. He came out to fix the door by that afternoon at a more than fair price & kindly advised on some other improvements we might want to consider. He totally salvaged what I thought might need to be a replacement. I'll be keeping his info. handy as I really appreciated his responsiveness, ability to fix what was damaged, and all in a professional, approachable manner. Highly recommend!

Mark was great. He was able to do the work the same day and really took pride in his work. I had a broken torsion spring and replaced both the springs per my request. He left my door in better shape than it was prior to the spring break by greasing the opener screw and adjusting my door's movement. His labor cost of $59 for the spring replacement was well worth it for me to not waste a Saturday attempting a self repair. If I ever have any garage door service needs, Mark will be my first call.

Mark was great. He returned my after-hours' call promptly the next morning and was at my house taking care of the broken spring soon after. I was afraid I'd also need to replace the opener (which hadn't worked in a ridiculously long time), but I appreciate that he discovered it was just a stripped gear and had a replacement with him. He also cleaned up some miscellaneous issues with my extremely old door, and he explained what he found and checked with me before doing anything.

Very happy with the service and cost. Would highly recommend and use again.

Mark is great.  Came out initially to evaluate a broken spring on the garage door.  Did not have the spring in his truck so came out again and replaced.  $62 dollars for the spring and $59 for the service call.  Additionally he noticed my wiring on the garage opener was not done so well and he fixed for free.  Great guy and fantastic service.  Highly recommended.

When a garage door spring breaks, the repair guys have you over a barrel.  They know you need a spring, and want to get it repaired as soon as possible.  I called several companies from Angie's List, and the prices varied greatly.  I decided to go ahead and call Economy Door.  The call went to voicemail, and I left a message; Mark was very prompt, and returned my call within 20 minutes of my message.  He was very courteous, and able to come out the same day.  Since I left the message in the late morning, I was surprised that Mark could service the door that day.  He called when he was about 15 minutes away from my house, and arrived on time.  The work was performed quickly, well, and he also checked and lubed the other garage door, too.  At $85, this was by far the cheapest repair I could find, and our garage door hasn't been this quiet or smooth since we moved in.  I would HIGHLY recommend Mark and Economy Door.  He's a great example of what you'd like your emergency repair calls to always be.

He was punctual, professional, informative, well-priced and, not to mention, a super nice guy! He installed a brand new garage door opener (which I purchased through him and was included in the price), keypad and 2 remotes. He even fixed some wiring and greased some moving parts on our other garage door...for free! Give Mark a call the next time you need your garage door serviced!
