Customer service was excellent! Would recommend them to anybody! Came out to work on refrigerator and miss diagnosed the problem first time out. Promptly came back out when I told them I had the same issue. Decided problem and it was different than first diagnosed. Ordered new part and promptly replaced it and working fine. They gave me credit for the first part and labor and rebilled for the new part and labor. Couldn’t ask for anything more than that! Very friendly and I would definitely use them again.

DYES is phenomenal! Honest, ethical, professional, expert at what they do. Very reasonable prices and unbelievably great response time. They even educate you on what the problem was, what they did to fix it, and how to prevent it in the future. I would never use any other appliance repair place.

Very straight forward response in letting you know whether the solution they can provide is good for value in terms of money they charge or will let you know to replace your appliance otherwise. Punctual for the time they give you will be time they show up.

It turned out that the issue with our cooktop was easily resolved and we appreciated that Dye's helped us find the most cost-efficient solution when they easily could have gone a different route.

The appointment process went smoothly and we were able to get a tech the same day. The tech called before he arrived and able to start earlier than scheduled. We declined the dishwasher repair because the parts were too expensive and the unit was too old. He was able to clear out a plugged drain in our frig to prevent water from pooling and freezing in bottom of the refrigerator compartment. Tech was prompt, competent, and courteous. Total charge was $150 which I thought was reasonable for the work he did and the time he spent.

Called for refigerator service. Blake made a prompt, inexpensive, and courteous service call. Straight shooter on what was wrong and what the work would cost. Ultimately we decided to get a new fridge based on informative recommendations from Blake. So even though he got no benefit from us getting a new fridge, he helped us. We are grateful.
