Floyd arrived on time as scheduled and proceeded to diagnose the problem from the water valve back into the refrigerator freezer compartment. He was quickly able to isolate the problem by the process of elimination and repaired the ice-maker without the need to replace any parts. His 26 years experience in the business was readily apparent and he couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. We chose Dye Appliance based on their ratings which are justly deserved. Before leaving, Floyd asked if there was anything more we needed and we asked him about a problem with our electric range burners. He was very familiar with the problem and informed us it would be a relatively easy and quick fix but parts would need to be ordered for the 20 year old appliance. We are scheduling Floyd back for that one as well.

The service provider was cordial and competent, and the garbage disposal (Whirlpool GC200XE) works well. He also gave us a military discount. The only negative comment is that he left behind putty marks on our 2 mats in the kitchen; otherwise, it was a positive experience.

I was able to call for the appointment and get on the schedule within 6 (calendar) days. Blake (the technician) called and asked if he could come a little early, as he was available. He arrived within 5-10 minutes of his call. He immediately diagnosed the problem based on the (unGodly) noise. He pulled out the idler and confirmed his suspicions. He showed me the source of the problem. It had begun to melt. Fortunately, he had brought a replacement part along with him and the old one was replaced within 20 minutes. We had a healthy dryer and a quiet home again. I was very pleased with the quick and accurate service.

I called right before Thanksgiving and they apologized and said they were really backed up would not be able to get to us for a week. That was fine since the refrigerator was still working. The technician called to say he was on the way and arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and within 45 minutes was completely done with the repair. He was very knowledgable and had all the tools and equipment he needed. He explained the problem, how he was going to repair it, what the cost would be and then did the work. I was very impressed and was thrilled to find this company in case we have other appliance repairs in the future.

We are very pleased with the service received from Dye's Appliance. This is the second time they have completed refrigerator (different refrigerator) repairs for us in the past 5 years. Will refer Dye's to others and will use them again if the need arises.

Their nice to deal with and their inventory comes in very quickly. The appliances that they sell are of quality and reasonably priced. Also, they give a 30-day warranty.
