Exterior Painting
I had them out less than a month ago, and the job is still not finished. They agreed to do the prep work before painting, but it is obvious that they didn't because paint is already starting to peel in isolated areas. It was a sloppy job, with paint all over the deck, sub-par painting of a few doors, and left the scrapings after scraping. As I said they have not finished, and it is my intention to find other companies that are reliable and honest to finish the job. Finally, the cost I have down is the original estimate, which he changed after the fact from $600 to $800. The problem is that he didn't provide a written estimate, it was all communicated over the phone.
