This is the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. Although starting the project, he will not finish the work and is non-responsive to repeated telephone calls and e-mail communications. The work that was completed was terrible at best. The concrete wall had numerous holes in it that allowed the gravel base to seep under the wall. Concrete forms on two sides of the wall gave way which created a large bow in the wall on one side and an unintended concrete ledge on the other. Forms are still in place on portions of the wall and the railroad ties have not been removed. In short, this is an example of construction practices at its worst.
