Many problems from start to finish. Don appears to be having a personal crisis of some sort. The bid went well, he is very knowledgeable. But he did not call utilities & cut a phone line. Then there were several promised dates that came & went. Weather was also a factor. My yard was trashed by his bobcat, more than either of us expected. His clean-up was very good, the pad looks terrific. So, the ratings are very varied. I hope he gets back to the guy everyone else on the list raved about. Nice guy, good work, lots of mistakes.

The concrete work is excellent. The time involved was a little longer than expected partly due to weather and the Thanksgiving holiday. The scope of the job had to be increased do to hidden problems with some of the "old" concrete.
