Welding
I arranged for the work to be done. When the technician showed up, I discovered he was stopped by the previous day to examine the work to be done to make sure he had the materials for the day of work. This was impressive. The technician cut steel bars, very welded them together and bolted them into the concrete walls to form a sold cage around a window air conditioner. He work very hard and fast and left no mess. The price was very fair.

Welding
He charged me for two hours work and the job took him 3 minutes. He said he was charging me for travel time but his shop is 15 minutes away. I called the owner to let him know how rude the worker was and he never returned my call.
