Derrick was always on-time for meetings and even for starting the job.  He submitted his bid promptly. He was the lowest bidder and provided the most thorough scope of work (number of coats and quality of paint). The work was completed ahead of schedule.    He was consummate professional.  I'm used to having to watch contractors closely, but such care was not needed with Derrick.  He took care to make sure the job was done well and that details were not overlooked.  I highly recommend his services.

Derrick was able to come out within a couple of days to give us a bid. Even though eventually we will replace the siding and knew it didn't need to last 10 years, we wanted a good job done regardless. So, caulking, replacing some rotted boards was not a problem. They started when the job was scheduled, he used a new type of paint he had not used before - which several other bidders had recommended and they finished the job, which also included scrapping within two weeks - this was not every day, 8 hours a day. We were very pleased with the quality of work and we are pretty picky. He also liked the paint and felt it was a good choice for the job. They did not drip paint, they covered up the asphalt and asked people to move cars when necessary and did a great job cleaning up the paint scrapings.

reached the 100's. He usually stayed until 2 or even 3 in the afternoon. We are extremely please with his work and have received compliments from our neighbors.
