Delameter Plumbing

Delameter Plumbing and Remolding recently did a remodeling job for a family friend. In my opinion, it was quite possibly the worst "work" I have ever seen by do-it-yourselfers and definitely by "professionals". I had an opportunity to see the so-called final product as well as a montage of the work-in-progress. It was a complete fail on every level. Based on everything I've seen, I wouldn't have this company work on my home, nor would I refer anyone.

I would never use their services again.

Dale and team came in to finish repair / remodeling on a rental property I was working on. The project was bigger than I expected and I was running out of time. Dale came for an estimate quickly, bid a price for the whole job and committed to having the property "rent ready" at the end of the week. I didn't think it could be done, but they pulled it off. Dale provided status updates throughout the project and kept us involved with any big decisions and we gave him discretion on all of the small things that come up during a project. He did not take a lot of my time and got the job done on time and on budget. We have used Delameter Plumbing several times since with similar experiences. I highly recommend Dale & this company.

The seal they put in has been leaking ever since. I tried tightening the bolts down but that didn't work. They charged me $400 and I could have bought the toilet myself for $100 or so. I was very dissatisfied and I would not recommend them.
