Del's was contracted by our home warranty company to come out and provide service to our AC. They are supposed to come and diagnosis the issue, report back to the warranty company for direction on how to resolve (fix or replace) and then to proceed with the repairs.

The size of the opening was different from the former oven--the new one was significantly taller but not quite as wide. the electrical outlet was all there, so they did not have to install electricity. Everything went well and satisfied but they did not replace the 27 yr old drain hose from the furnace which clogged flooded basement, ruined priceless photos and tapes of the children growing up, also ruined electronic equipment.
