Computer Repair
Exceedingly well. My technical skills are pathetic at best. Dan accommodated. At every step, he patiently told me exactly what he was doing and why, assuring me there were many more options to try. He would tell me to try one thing for a few days, and if that didn't work to call him and make another appointment. 3 visits @ $90 per hour ($45 per half-hour).

Computer Repair
I have used this company's services twice. The first time he came to my home, he did a software clearing service necessitated by sluggish performance. Afterwards, the computer ran much faster and generally worked more efficiently. The 2nd time, he worked remotely. The problem was incompatibility between my virus protector and email spam protector programs. He isolated the problem and repaired it promptly. In both cases, he was prompt, polite, professional, and the price was reasonable.
