It wasn’t a completely satisfactory service. The fan drying of the carpet did not work and it caused mildew. They had to come back out and re-do the carpeting as well as the pads underneath. They had to remove it all because it was ruined at that point. They did this for no additional cost.

First water damage they came immediately cleaned the water.  There was water leaking through to first floor and into other rooms.  They had to set up blowers for three days and cut open ceiling to dry inside.
The second time the water was contained, they checked if there was any wetness under the floors.  They cleaned it up quickly and cost $150.

We had water damage in our basement (burst pipe inside a wall) that we discovered at 4:00 p.m. on a Friday. The co-owner of the company answered the phone and headed straight to our house, clear across Kansas City and Johnson County. He charged a VERY reasonable trip charge and VERY reasonable after-hours charge (it was after 5 p.m. when he arrived and got to work). They took care to provide ONLY what was needed, but they didn't skimp on taking care of the water. The co-owner was courteous and friendly. He took pains to make sure we understood what was needed, and why it was needed. He and his crew moved furniture and belongings with great care. He didn't charge extra when more drying time was needed.
