My experience with Custom Shutters by Doyle was excellent. They were very professional from start to finish. It is a family run business and all of my interactions, whether with the office or with Paul and his son, Chad, were positive. When Paul and Chad came to my house, they were very respectful and even removed their shoes before entering my house. Something I did not expect! I love my plantation shutters. The quality is outstanding. Paul and Chad painted the shutters themselves and did a terrific job. I also thought the price of the plantation shutters was very reasonable. I can't say enough about this company. I was very happy with the experience as well as my plantation shutters. I would use Shutters by Doyle again. I highly recommend them.

AWESOME!!!! We are so happy with our custom plantation shutters. They are all wood and custom painted to match the trim in our new custom house. These are very well made and solid with oil rubbed bronze hinges. We had the entire front facing section of our home fitted with these shutters. We contacted MANY local shutter companies. Several from Angie's List. Shutters by Doyle beat out the competing bids by 10 to 30%!!!! This is an owner operated company and they actually paint and prep the shutters in their own shop in Parkville. Paul and his son Chad are very professional and easy to work with, they took their shoes off in our house (which is a big thing for my wife). If you are looking for custom made shutters in Kansas City, I would venture to say that these guys are the dream combination of the best quality wood shutters at the lowest prince in town. Period.

THEY MEASURED AND GAVE A FREE ESTIMATE. THEY WERE PLEASANT AND EXPERIENCED. THE SHUTTERS ARE NICE. THEY MATCH THE WOODWORK. I AM VERY PLEASED. I PLAN TO USE THEM AGAIN FOR ANOTHER ROOM IN MY HOUSE.
