CREW 2

This was a kitchen remodel for my daughter. Terrible experience. Crew 2 measured for the wrong set of cabinets. Then in order to make it right wanted us to pay for making cabinets fixed. 4 trips from C2 and every time something new that "has to be done" and of course raise the price. The thought the had a sucker because she is a single female. They wanted over $11,000 for destruction moving plumbing, moving appliances and installation. Quoted work that did not have to be done. Got an independent quote and was less than half of their quote. They tried to take advance of the situation and was going to charge my daughter to fix their mistakes. I would not let them build a dog house for me after this experience. Their price were way beyond ridiculous.

Ann from crew 2 called a few days before our scheduled installation date to confrim all of our information. She was very professional on the phone and answered all of my questions about the installation process. She even made sure to let the installation crew know that we would prefer to be as early in the morning as possible. She said that they would call before 9 the morning of to let us know when they would be there. Hector (installer) called around 8:15 that morning and said he could be there in 30 minutes. He showed up on time and ready to work. Hector did an amazing job on our carpet installation. We have a split level home and he did the stairs inbetween levels and hallway near the bedrooms. I think if we would have let him, he would have worked without taking a break. My husband had to make them sit down for a couple of minutes and drink some water. You cannot see a single seam in the carpet and the steps are wrapped perfectly. I cannot believe the amount of work completed in such a short amount of time. I would use this company again.

We used Home Depot for another bathroom remodel which they outsource the Crew 2 and ndash; so Crew 2 which through Home Depot. I am actually not even sure of their address because it was through Home Depot. The workers and ndash; we had some issues with. There needed to be some repairs done. There were some mistakes. We ended up getting like some price. We got some money off and what not but still it's like and ldquo;errand rdquo; and what the bummer is they contract out so it was their crew too but you just don't know who you are going to get for the installer so that makes it tricky. I believe it was like two years ago like January or February when they come out and did the service. The approximate cost of the service was $8000.
