I am so happy with my new deck! The process was seamless and I am happy with the results. Caleb took time to explain everything to me in detail and made sure I was happy. Pat and Aaron did a fantastic job as well!

I had a great experience working with Creative Concepts! I was prepping to sell my house and I decided to replace my old deck. My old deck was a complete eye sore! Did you know that decks can peel? Mine sure was! Caleb came up with a great design that increased the entertaining space and also allowed for more privacy. He also gave me great ideas on how I could stage the deck when I put the house on the market. Pat, the project coordinator (who has a lovely southern accent btw), went the extra mile to make sure the basketball goal in my driveway wouldn't cause issues with construction. Aaron and his crew meticulously worked in the cold January weather to demo my deck (in one day!) and built my wonderful new deck. After everything was done, I went from the ugliest deck in the neighborhood to the best! It was also a great selling point when it came to putting my house on the market. Thank you Creative Concepts!

Creative Concepts and Design replaced our 32 year old wood deck with Tamko composite and Westbury aluminum railing. They did an excellent job. Caleb did the estimate. Brent was the supervisor, and Jim, Reed, Mitchel was the most excellent crew. I had many questions for Caleb and Brent. They were extremely patient and followed up on everything for me. I got 3 estimates, and they were $1000 less than the next lowest, so they are very reasonable. The crew took their time and overcame any surprise problems along the way. The deck and lighting is gorgeous. Very happy with the result!

The crew and workmanship was nothing short of outstanding. What also set this company apart from others was their detailed quote by line item. This allowed us to decide if we wanted to accept or remove certain items from our deck replacement. Unfortunately, the project manager was non-existent and rarely returned calls or answered my questions. I would expect the project manager to answer all questions and concerns in a timely manner. The responsiveness and professionalism ratings are specifically due to the project manager, not the crew or quality of work.

I was extremely impressed with the way CCD handled the entire project. No pressure sales tactics, Caleb was the very model of professionalism. He listened first. Then he made recommendations based upon MY goals. He proposed options and let me make the decisions. Brent and his crew were punctual, professional, hard working and accommodating. And they took time to answer my questions as the project progressed. Extremely satisfied with the quality of the finished job. These guys take pride in their trade. Unfortunately, that's becoming rare these days. If you're going to have a deck built, this is the company you want to do the work.

This was an A+ experience from beginning to end. Caleb was quick to return my call, quick to come out to discuss our project, and quick to return a bid. He spent quite a bit of time with me (before being hired) discussing options and aesthetics and laying out various designs. I did receive some other bids, which were comparable in price but I was sure the quality would not be as Caleb described. Brent, Jim, Reid, and the rest of the crew came to start the day they said they would. They were very respectful of our property and my family, and made sure we were satisfied with the work we were doing. We were extremely pleased with our deck and pergola - the craftsmanship and design is beyond our expectations. These are great guys....I highly recommend!

First contact with Creative Concepts was very impressive. They provided a thorough sketch of the design concept, worked with us to incorporate our existing newer builder grade deck and add in additional design details without going over budget. The crew was very friendly, easy to communicate with and they did a good job of responding to any quality concerns we had and correcting issues before the job was completed. it took a bit longer than originally expected and we had some miscommunication issues regarding some of the finishing details of the project but all in all they did a very good job and we would recommend them again. The price is fair for the quality of work. They won't be the cheapest that you have bid a job but you get what you pay for and they're up front that their labor cost is high but they use quality products and stand by their work.
