Everyone at Cornerstone from sales to installation was friendly and professional and knew their job. The crew was prompt and respectful of our property and when they finished they cleaned the sites and had us check that everything was as we expected. Their pricing was comparable to another door company but the Cornerstone staff had better people skills. We would definitely hire them again.

Jesse and the other installers did an outstanding job of replacing our windows, they are beautiful. They also did a great job of removing and replacing the rotted wood. I am amazed at how well the colors we chose for the frames and the trim match our house; I like that we had a variety of colors to choose from. Also, our bedroom, where we got 3 windows replaced, is much warmer now on cold nights.

The whole process was very smooth from the quote to the finished job. Very pleased. Would recommend and would use them again.

I am so happy with the work that Cornerstone did on our windows. After dealing with several lengthy, high-pressure sales pitches from other companies, Derrick from Cornerstone was a breath of fresh air. He came out in May and was able to quickly give me multiple options for the best products for my house. I appreciated that he did not try to upsell me, while still showing me high-quality products to choose from. The windows came in early July, but I had to postpone the installation until 7/27, and Cornerstone was so flexible about the schedule. The crew showed up promptly and worked efficiently without cutting corners, they were friendly, and they did a great job cleaning up after. We noticed an immediate difference in the temperature and comfort of our home as soon as they were done. I was also impressed that one of the owners called me the following Monday to make sure we were satisfied. We received stellar customer service, high quality work, and an excellent finished product from Cornerstone. I would highly recommend them for any window replacement project!

Very well. Two visits: the first to do detailed measurements and special order the windows, and the second to install them.

Great! Our sales rep, Dennis, was a great guy: low pressure, attentive, he went over all my options and listened to what I wanted; then he told me exactly how the process would work. Everything came in when he said it would come in and the price was exactly what he said the price would be. The crew that installed everything was prompt; they worked quickly and did a great job of making sure everything was installed with as little muss and fuss as possible. We had a glass block window that had been poorly installed in a tile wall; Dennis told us this window would be tricky to take out and a new window to be installed. The crew did a great job though; they were careful and only barely cracked one tile (which other salesmen told us it could turn out disastrously; and Dennis warned us that the way the window set no matter how careful the crew was the tile was at risk). So it was a huge relief that it turned out so well, and of course a testament to how care the crew was. A few days later Brenda, one of the owners, followed up, and she did a great job of making sure I was happy with the work and that everything had gone well.

Great. The receptionist ( I suppose that's her title) is courteous, helpful and always called to let us know when the staff was arriving, etc. The salesman came first, was professional, knowledgeable and did not attempt to pressure or push a sale. A person came second to measure the windows for replacement. Again, professional, friendly and courteous. Thirdly the installers came and did a great job, worked for nearly 12 hours without a break and did the job in one day! Again, courteous, friendly, respectful, professional. The next evening my husband was cleaning the kitchen window and could not get it to go back down all the way. We called the company the next morning. They had two people out by 12:30 who fixed the problem - it was just out of the track. No problems since. Very impressed with how they immediately came out. We would certainly recommend this company to anyone for window replacement or any other service they provide! Amazingly (from our experience), in each of these visits, the personnel were on time, arriving when they were scheduled!
