Overall good experience. Took two and a half days to complete the job, which was a bit longer than expected, but did great work. They also found a way not to cut into the ceiling of my finished basement to replace the lines to the kitchen, which was GREAT!

Good, fast work from master plumber.

CopperCraft sent a plumber under another name to our home. Anytime Plumbing? The 1st visit, the service man was 2 hours late. Looked at our job and determined that he didn't have the supplies he needed to do it. We rescheduled at a time closer to when our stove would be delivered. I called to confirm the second visit and to request that they arrive approx 1 pm so as to be able to hook up the new stove once it arrived. On the 2nd visit they showed up 2 hrs early & left w/out completing either job & w/out cleaning up. The stove hadn't yet come. They didn't have a standard faucet to replace the leaking one and left the faucet off. They did not turn the water back on before leaving. When I turned it on water gushed out of the uncapped water line. I called to complain and they sent out another crew who connected the stove and had a faucet. Billing was also a problem b/c they charged us for both crews and charged us a lump sum with no detail when we had been quoted an hourly fee.

JIM MASON WAS OUR PLUMBER AND HE WAS ESPECIALLY GOOD AND QUITE HONEST. THE PRICE SEEMED TO BE REASONABLE. WE CALLED THEM ON A HOLIDAY AND THEY COULD HAVE HIKED UP THE PRICE, BUT DID NOT.

TECHS WERE COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. JOB WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.
