Computer Repair
The computer files were backed-up on a disk, but none of the program files were backed up. This was due to miscommunication. We lost everything and we are ill about it. We still have horrible problems connecting to the Internet and the computer now freezes up constantly. The clock still doesn't keep time. We could have wiped the computer clean for free! We lost every bit of our financial information that was stored on our computer, because at the time, we were unable to back-up due to computer issues. Our printer still is not recognized by this particular computer. We are really no better off.
