Miguel painted three sets of steps leading into my house. I paid half before he started then midway he wanted more money. Made up a story about money for his truck. He was to paint and replace shutters for five windows. I have shutters on three windows but not on the other two. I have heard nothing from him. August he said all the sitters were made and he would put them up the next day. He did not come for another two weeks and I still need sitters for the last two windows. He is very slow with his work and can not be believed with what he says.

Miguel is very professional and does good work. We had a very complicated basement with lots of turns, lots of lights. He followed the electrical schedule, he rose to the challenge. He primed and painted. It has turned into out favorite spot of the house. Thanks Miguel!
