I've used them for all kinds of things over the years with several different cars. We've had door lock repair, A/C repair, brakes, tires, oil changes, radiator, inspections, etc. I've been satisfied with all their work.

They are just good people. Good, honest, and want to do right by you. Nice family, locally owned, done business a long time.

I would not go to them again because they charged me an outrageous price for the tune-up.

We have been using Chuck's for years. They are a pleasure to deal with - Honest, punctual, fair.

My 2004 Taurus wouldn't start. After checking with Angie's List, I called Chuck's Parkville Garage. I spoke to Christy, The office manager and one of the mechanics, who was extremely nice and helpful. I explained the problem and told her that I had no way of getting my car to their shop. She said they could look at my car immediately and even called a tow truck to come pick it up and take it to them. Within 2 hours, they had it up on the rack and ran a diagnostic, calling me with the details and cost to fix it. Because of a malfunction with the anti-theft box, they had to call the dealership and deal with them to fix the wiring that had caused the problems. Chuck's even replaced the old battery. When the work was complete, Christy drove the car back to my home! All the work, diagnostics, new parts and even the towing costs came to just $300.00 dollars. This was under HALF of what I had been quoted at 3 other places! The car has never run better! Chuck's Parkville Garage is the ONLY place that I will take my car to, from now on. They are Wonderful!

They were good and did a good job at a fair price. It is a family owned company so they take good care of their customers.

I wouldn't call them either overpriced or a bargain. Probably charge slightly less than a dealer would.

The lady who took my call and scheduled the service was extremely helpful, and called with an honest evaluation of what needed to be done. After the service was performed she carefully explained what had been done and encouraged me to contact them if I had any questions or problems. The whole process was efficient and professional, and gave me confidence that they were giving me an honest assessment and performed quality work.

They are very honest and very good. I have been going there for several years and they don't jack up the prices like the big chain mechanics do. I am much happier with Chuck's than I was with my last mechanic. I used to have a lot of problems with my car fishtailing in the winter, they advised me about which tires would be better and really put a lot of effort into helping me with that decision.

I was really happy with them. It is easy to get a quote from them through their online service. They gave very good service, and they were very professional.

They are honest, reasonably priced and confident in what they do. They can't do sunroofs and some electrical stuff.
