CAUTION!!!! If you are considering using Stan Stanton of Century 21 All Pro, Prostar Realtors, here's my experience. I was trying to buy a home 2 years ago and he was recommended to me by a Wells Fargo employee. I found a home I was interested in and he came to my house to have me sign the offer to buy contract along with other documents, one of which was an exclusive buyer agent contract. I asked him about that and he said he had to have it to make the offer on the property and said it was only for this one offer. I didn't read all the contract but I did tell him that I did not want to sign an exclusive agreement with him or anyone. He said don't worry--well I suggest you worry. Turns out that what I signed was a 14 month exclusive buyers agent agreement and after a few offers through him for various properties that were unsuccessful ( I believe because of his inadequate representation) I told him I was done. Some time later I found another home with a different agent and was successful in purchasing it. At closing time, out of the blue, comes Stan Stanton wanting his commission because of the 14 month contract he had me sign. He had absolutely nothing to do with this sale but he sued me and won and immediately garnisheed my pay at work within 30 days of the courts decision. which was my last check before Christmas. WATCH HIM, IN MY OPINION HE IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!
Description of Work: Caused a lot of grief through the 8 months of showing homes that I found to look at. Then 2 years of court involvement.
