It went wonderful. No problems and closing was right on time. They have a great crew. Brian, Ben, Annie, Ricky, Carlos all were so easy to work with. And Russ is a sweetheart and very accommodating . We will never move again but if I were to build it would be with this group.

Russ Groshans is the most professional, qualified and honest contractor we have ever worked with. He has great ideas on what to do and will tell you when you have an idea that does not make sense. The work began on schedule and was completed in the time expected and at the price quoted. The subcontractors he uses are all very good and complete their work with pride and professionalism. Russ does a thorough walk thru when the job is complete and picks up on things that need to be fixed that most homeowners would not even notice. The basement has turned out to be our favorite room in the house.
