They did a nice job. He had ideas for us to use so that we never had the problem again. The price he charged was very reasonable. The person who came was very knowledgeable. He had worked for that company for about 20 years and he really knew his product. He was very helpful as well. The do not do GE products.

The repairman came and assessed the damage and at first was dubious that the stove could be saved, since whatever shorted out had also messed with the electronic controls. But he found a way that he could rewire the controls and keep me from having to buy a new stove. I'm always wary of appliances that have fancy controls, because when it comes time for a repair, it's often the control brains that can't be fixed. I hate this! But the fancy, obsolete stove (a Roper Nouvelle downdraft slide-in) came with the house. He came back the next day with the part and only took a few minutes to install it. I know from looking online that he gave me a good price for the part, too. He is responsible for my blowing my diet because then I baked a cake!
