Carpet Direct Warehouse

I was pleased at first because they were speedy and had good quality merchandise at a good price. One of the tiles that I ordered was back ordered and the product never came in. I waited so long that they were supposed to cancel my order but they said the sales representative handling my order didn't cancel it in time because the product had already shipped out. I never received the tile I ordered and when I tried to get it they charged us $45 for a restocking fee. They promised to send us a refund but I never got it. I have called several people in the company trying to track down my refund check but they won't answer or return my phone calls. I still don t have the tile I paid for and I still can t get in contact with anyone about my refund check.
