The experience was terrible. The product installed was not what was ordered and they refused to do anything about it. They either made a mistake and refused to fix it -or- it was bait and switch. Long story short, this company should be avoided at all costs.

The carpet was fine but the guys who were to lay it were bad.  They didn't show up or changed the time and date.  When we finally insisted they get it done the job was so bad another team had to come out and redo it.  They damaged the stair railings to the point the painters had to return and repaint.  The second group was better but after they left I found carpet along a wall that was never tacked down.

It went well. I used Susan Conway with Carpet Direct and she is knowledgeable and has a good eye for matching decor with carpet. She is very nice and accomodating. It's great because she brought the samples to me. Her prices were the most reasonable.

Their service was excellent.  Ritz, the representative who came out was very informative and didn’t try to sell us anything more than we needed.  The installers were excellent.  Their price was lower than anybody else.  The carpets are holding up excellent.  We would probably use them again if needed.

Overall it was really not that bad.  However; it took them a long time to call me back .. and the sales guy was creepin' on my neighbor while he waited for me to come home.  She didn't appreciate it.   Install guys was EXCELLENT.   I would recommend him to anyone.

Katie with Carpet Direct (Overland Park) was so convenient, prompt and knowledgeable helping me select carpet for our large master bedroom remodel. Bringing the samples to my home was much more helpful that me carting samples home to look for myself. My interior designer suggested a different retailer (for her convenience)- but I am very happy I shopped around. A friend suggested Carpet Direct. Her installers were as promised: professional, prompt and great. I'm even having them come back to repair some other areas. This was a very good experience! Call Katie @ 913-963-6243.
