+ -1 moreDisappointed with service received. Offered to represent both builder and buyer but was more interested in pleasing builder as they are in business together. Did not respond to e-mails after closing. Did not keep good documentation on our preferences, preferred to handle decisions verbally resulting in quite a few misunderstandings between builder and buyer.
Description of Work: Carol Giangalanti/Realtor for new home purchase. She told us that it would make our home buying purchase go smoother by using the same realtor as the builder, rather than having yet another realtor to have to go through.
