Disappointed with service received. Offered to represent both builder and buyer but was more interested in pleasing builder as they are in business together. Did not respond to e-mails after closing. Did not keep good documentation on our preferences, preferred to handle decisions verbally resulting in quite a few misunderstandings between builder and buyer.
