C & C CARPET CLEANING PLUS

They are driven by the industry price wise and those guys are all within breadth each other as far as what they charge now and that sort of thing.  It is the quality of the job that makes the difference in carpet cleaning to me and they are excellent.  I am going to use them in fact after this winter they are going to be probably here in the spring.

It was a small job but Scott was responsive and he and Allen did a great job. I even went downstairs to review the work and had some dirt on my shoes. They came back in and cleaned it up and were very nice about it. Would hire again in a minute.

They did a great job, professional and friendly.

It was great, they came in, I showed them the way and they worked continuously and quietly as possible, I had sleeping babies in the house.  Very polite and were able to answer all my questions.

They were fairly priced and did a fantastic job.

.They are very good about scheduling. They call you when they are on their way. The equipment they use in state if art. If they make a mess they clean it up. They do move quickly. They work at a steady pace so they are efficient.

Scott showed up right on time and did a very thorough job. He was polite and very professional. I would not hesitate to use Cand C again!

Great job, got out stains I didn't think would come out. And those that were questionable, they explained thoroughly how their cleaning process works and that they may not come out. Great quality, attention to detail, and friendly. They even did a large area rug in front of front door, which was unexpected. Very happy with their work.

I thought that their price was reasonable. They seemed pretty professional. My overall experience with them was just okay. He did it so fast that I didn’t know what happened.

I spent about $160 on that work. They were very professional and I liked them a lot and would have stayed with them, but I found the other company. They were fine.

They were excellent. They have a lot of integrity. I was going to have them to clean a sofa but when they came they told me there was some cat urine on it and they advised me to not have it cleaned because it would be a waste of my money. I really appreciated them telling me not to waste my money on the sofa.

I have been using them for a long time and they do a very good job. They are also very professional, efficient and friendly. They move the furniture and other things themselves and rearrange it back once the work is done. I have been very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

I have used Craig and his crew several times and have recommended them to several friends and family members. Craig is always prompt in returning my call and is available to clean the carpet in 1-2 weeks. Any of Craig's staff that has been sent to clean has been professional and does a good job!

I LEFT A PHONE MESSAGE FOR THE COMPANY, AND MY CALL WAS RETURNED QUICKLY. I WAS PREPARED TO SPEND MORE MONEY TO HAVE THE DAMAGED PART OF MY CARPET FIXED. HOWEVER, WHEN I SPOKE TO THE OWNER ON THE PHONE, HE ENCOURAGED ME TO TAKE SOME LESS COSTLY MEASURES FIRST. THE COMPANY SCHEDULED MY CLEANING WITHIN A FEW DAYS. THE MEN WHO CAME TO CLEAN MY CARPET WERE ON TIME AND WERE VERY COURTEOUS. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS, BOTH BEFORE AND AFTER CLEANING THE CARPET. MY CARPET LOOKS GREAT, AND SMELLS GREAT, TOO!
