Budget Dumpster Rental

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Budget Dumpster and cannot recommend their services. I had scheduled a dumpster rental with them for a specific timeframe, but they completely failed to deliver on their promises. Firstly, despite paying in full and requesting the dumpster to be delivered on Friday and removed on Monday, the dumpster never arrived. When I contacted their customer service on Saturday to inquire about the delay, I was shocked to learn that my order had not been processed correctly. Not only was this frustrating, but I was also informed that no supervisors were available on weekends, leaving me with no immediate resolution. On Monday morning, I called again to address the situation, hoping for a quick resolution. However, the customer service representative informed me that they couldn't guarantee a delivery until possibly Wednesday or later. This delay caused significant problems for me, as I had other equipment rentals that were accumulating rental fees due to the dumpster delay. Additionally, I had to reschedule other deliveries, resulting in additional fees. The impact on my client's satisfaction and the financial losses incurred were substantial. To add insult to injury, Budget Dumpster's proposed resolution was highly unsatisfactory. They offered a meager $100 discount or a full refund if I chose to cancel the order. Considering the losses and inconvenience I had experienced, this gesture was simply inadequate. It became clear that making my experience a priority was not their concern. The lack of proper order processing, poor communication, and failure to meet their commitments demonstrate a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against using Budget Dumpster for your rental needs. They have caused me significant financial loss, frustration, and inconvenience, and their inability to rectify the situation shows a lack of professionalism and commitment to customer service.

It was delivered on time, removed on time and worked fine.
