Description of Work: Have had a leaky roof off and on for several years. Have had various repairs done, but the leak continued off and on. I was referred to Joe by a friend. After an ice dam this winter and more leaking, Joe came right out and addressed the problem. Roof is fixed and finally no more leaking.

Description of Work: Reflashed chimney, sealed gap, adjusted existing turbines on roof. They did a great job. Joe and his crew were wonderful to deal with. I would definitely use them again. I had gotten an estimate from another roofing company on Angie's List and they were outrageously high and wanted to do an extreme and unnecessary fix. Another company (not on Angie's List) wanted to charge me $300 just to seal the gap with caulk. Joe did so much more for the same cost. Thanks, Joe!

+ -1 moreThey gave us a thorough bid and discussed all the details so that both parties (me and my neighbor) understood everything. They were good at estimating the time frame in which it would be done (2-3 weeks away; one day's work). The workers were polite, efficient, and very thorough. The clean-up was phenomenal! I had originally contacted a total of five roofing companies, two of which said they couldn't do the job, one who never showed up for the estimate, and one who never scheduled me in and didn't call back (although he did provide an estimate). Brookside was who I ended up with--and I am glad!
Description of Work: They reroofed our garage; this required tearing off three layers of shingles and decking, adding new decking, making some repairs, and adding a gutter to two sides. (The garage is shared; I paid half the total amount, or $1200.)
