There is nothing extraordinary about Borgmeyer Rental except that they are close to my house. They are not bad and they charge about the same as everyone else charges. They were somewhat professional. I thought there were a few things they could have done better, but they weren't bad. They weren't unprofessional in anyway. They have 2 Rug Doctors and an array of shampoos. It's not like they have 8 of them, they just have the 2 and once those 2 are gone you are out of luck.
