They arrived before expected. Were extremely courteous and explained what they planned. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves tremendously well.
The price was MUCH lower than we expected, even with the deal we got - and I know we got a special deal. Last time they were out they used a 1 inch blade and it only lasted 6 months because of the inaccessibility of the clean-out, so we're hopeful this will last much longer. They quoted me at under $90 for a clean-out if we needed it in the future.
