Blue Heating and Cooling is YOUR full service HVAC company. Founded in 2010 by owners Dustin and Shannon Lundberg, we believe in getting to know our customers, offering fair pricing, and performing quality work. Dustin brings with him over 16 years of industry expertise, and employs only knowledgeable, trust-worthy technicians. We help both residential and commercial customers with all of their heating and cooling needs by servicing ALL makes and models and installing quality equipment. Located in the Parkville, Missouri area, Blue Heating and Cooling services the Kansas City Metro area and the Northland. We answer service requests by phone, text, or email at all hours of the day. Licensed and insured, we’re the technicians you trust.

I called a couple other companies that could not fit me into their schedule. I have small children, so I really appreciated the responsiveness of Blue Heating and Cooling.  It took just two hours from the time I called for someone to come out, diagnose, and fix the issue. Thank you so much!  One suggestion I would have would be to tell the homeowner what the issue is and get their consent before fixing it.  In this case, we had an extra capacitor lying around that could have possibly saved me a little bit of money (not that I remembered that until after the fact anyway, but it still stands that consent should be given prior to a fix being done).

I called them around 6 in the evening and it was raining outside so they scheduled me for 8:30 the next morning.  Dustin was right on time, and did a great job explaining what was wrong with my unit, and what my options for repair and replacement were.  The AC could have been replaced same day, but because I needed to have my indoor coil replaced too, the work was done on the following morning.  The installers did a great job.  I have no complaints.

It was great!  They came out the same day we called which was great.  They had a very reasonable service charge as well as a very reasonable price on the Freon.  Also, they didn't try to upsell us or anything.  I will definitely call them the next time we have any HVAC problems.

Normally I would get several bids on a big ticket repair or item, but I did not in this case. The owner of Blue Heating and Cooling owner, Dustin, impressed me with his professionalism, expertise and emergency repair of my old furnace that I decided to buy a new furnace and A/C from him.





Four days later, he and his great technicians expertly installed the new units as scheduled and cleaned up. I will be calling Blue Heating and Cooling for any future service calls.

The owner, Dustin, came and gave us a recommendation of what would work best in our home. He ran a check for us and ensured that we qualified for the local utility rebates. We were able to choose which furnace and AC we wanted, and received a price that was competitive to the other bids we heard. From the time we called to schedule, he had us on the books to replace our system within 2 days. The service techs were on time the morning of install, and Dustin came out to assist for the first part of the day, and to make sure that they new exactly what he wanted done on the system. The other techs that finished the job were professional in their explanations of things, and showed me how to do my routine maintenance on the units (replace humidifier pad, etc). They arrived at 9am and had everything complete and cleaned up by 4pm. I have already referred them to another person in our neighborhood that is looking to replace their system.

Everything went well. I live 75 miles away and was on a very tight schedule to get the furnace looked at and replaced before cold weather set in. They were competitive in price, went out of their way to evaluate the situation and were then able to replace the furnace when I could be at the house. Thank you!

Dustin was prompt, professional, and honest. He told us what likely caused the problem and that we may need a new switch eventually. He wrote down the model number of our furnace for future reference, if we have a problem he will be able to get the part we need quickly. I definitely recommend and will call Blue Heating and Cooling again.

I contacted Dustin the week before and scheduled the appointment.  He arrived on time and presented himself in a very professional manner.  He is very knowledgeable and very thorough.  He also cleans up when he is done.  I will continue to use him in the future for all of my HVAC needs.

We had contacted so many different heating and cooling companies our heads were swimming. But because our units were older many service technicians and companies told us they weren't made anymore, that they could not buy parts for them anymore or they didn't know how to work on them.
Then came the wonderful revelation of contacting Blue Heating and Cooling. Wow, what a difference!!!!!
Dustin explained to us that those other repair companies might not be familiar with our units, because not only are our units still able to be serviced, but the parts for them ARE still made and easily available.
I think the real difference is that Dustin and Bart have a commitment to trying to repair, rather than replace, while so many of the other vendors we brought in before were simply trying to make us believe they couldn't service our units so that they could sell us all new equipment.
But, Blue Heating and Cooling completely cleaned seven units, serviced them, blew out clogged lines and made various minor adjustments. When they were finished the units practically sang and danced for us they were working so well!!!  All at a fraction, and I do mean a fraction of the cost that the other HVAC contractors were trying to get us to spend. : )
Our tenants were happy, we were thrilled and the price was right!!!
There is no question -- We WILL be using Blue Heating and Cooling for our repairs and annual scheduled maintenance!!!

Was referred to Blue by a friend on Facebook.  Called their offices on Thursday, 8:30pm and was pleasantly surprised to be speaking directly to the owner.  Told him my problem, A/C stopped blowing cold air, and he told me he could be out the next day, most likely in the morning.  I was thrilled with that.  I texted him my addresses, phone, etc. and planned to see him sometime on Friday morning.    Dustin texted me Friday morning and told me he'd be at my home between 8am and 8:30am.  He arrived at 8:15am, quickly pulled off the cover of my A/C unit, and diagnosed the problem.  He had the replacement part on his truck, and the whole thing took about 20 minutes.  Dustin was professional, candid, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.  I'm very happy my A/C is working again and I didn't have to wait 2 or 3 days for a repair.  I would highly recommend this company.  Professional, fast, and honest.
