Terrible. From the date the appraisal was done and received was over 2 weeks. Was told I would receive the appraisal 3-6 days prior to when I received it and did not receive it til towards the end of business on the final day. Comps that were used were completely inaccurate. I have no idea how this company continues to operate, I would never recommend this company to any client, or investor. We paid $2500 and they were literally there for 10 minutes and didn’t even bother to go into all of the units.

BLISS'S REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL. HE CONDUCTED HIS APPRAISAL IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND HAD THE PAPERWORK TO OUR MORTGAGE COMPANY QUICKLY.
