A phone call was answered by Mr. Ross who purchased the replacement part, came to our residence, performed the repair and restarted the heating system, all within a few hours. Mr. Ross was prompt, efficient, courteous, knowlegeable, and took the time to answer several questions about our system and its operation. I felt that his fee ($200) was very reasonable.
