Beth was very responsive and knowledgable. We were lucky to get scheduled due to other's flood problems. The tiles were difficult and they did work hard to get everything up. Disappointed in the 'grind' marks in the concrete. We love the overall look, and the workers did their best to keep the area as clean as possible.

They're wonderful. It was great. The floors are beautiful. They were very nice company to work with. I have nothing but praise for them. I just liked our first meeting with them. She was very knowledgeable and her husband does the work and he was very accommodating. They both took time to explain what to expect, what the process was going to be. I would use them again in the future.

They just seemed very honest about the job, what can be done and the product.  They explained in detail how the product worked.  It was a small operation and they gave their personal attention.  They were real honest and forth coming with information.  They did a good job.  They were a little late but it's just that they didn't necessarily get back to us in a timely fashion.

The porch was in pretty bad shape and I was really happy with their work. They seemed to know what they were doing. Their price was very reasonable. Supposedly they used something very hard that will not cause me problems in the future. They did a beautiful job.
