For the past 2-3 years,I have used BIC Tailor for all my clothing alterations The owner/tailor, Kay An, is exceptionally knowledgeable about sewing and her experiences range from shortening or lengthening skirts to altering extravangant wedding gowns. Her place of business is very pleasant -- immaculate and clean! There is no clutter and the dressing rooms are large & private. She is very professional, reasonably priced, and has always had the garments ready on time. She relates well to customers, takes pride in her work, and depends primarily on repeat customers. New customers come to her primarily by word-of-mouth. She tells me she has eight different kinds of sewing machines in order to handle all the different types of work she can do!
