Terrible. This was my first experience with Bellhop. Thought this would be a simple move for my 67-year-old father. Will cut to the chase. Whenever I read really bad complaints, I always think it was made up. Well, can't make this one up. 1. Was quoted one number and then over charged. After making a cost adjustment request 5-days ago, I still haven't heard back. 2. They also overcharged the time they spent on the job. I was there the entire time and clocked when they started/stopped. 3. One mover lowered the moving truck's hydraulic lift and damaged the tail-gate of my personal truck. After submitting a claim, I still haven't heard back from them. 4. On top of all this, during the move, one of the Bellhop movers (in the middle of my move) took the liberty to help another tenant move a couch. 5. As the Bellhop truck pulled out of the driveway at the delivery site, they damaged a cement safety bollard and sidewalk. After noticing their mistake, they just drove off. 5. Extremely let down by Bellhop. Every time I call, I also get someone new on the other end of the phone. There is zero consistency. Truly unbelievable. I am a very easy going guy and always willing to compromise. This was beyond unprofessional and clearly lacked any follow-up or ownership from Bellhop.

They were prompt, courteous, professional, and careful with our belongings. I appreciate also that they were respectful in their language and comments even when they thought they were out of earshot. I've used them for moving on a couple of occasions and never been anything but pleased.

There were 4 guys total. They were polite, efficient, and very good at what they do. A little on the pricey side, but they were the only company that gave me an accurate quote and called me back. Would recommend this company over many others!

Terribly. Almost all my furniture has scratches or dents and my coffee table was destroyed - apparently "it must have gotten airborne in the truck." The company did offer a partial refund, but not nearly enough to cover the damages sustained. The also loaded the truck, then took half the furniture out to reload it because they didn't do it right the first time, when I was being charged by the quarter hour.

It was stress free! The guys were very nice and professional. They took care of my belongings and genuinely cared!

Had only 1 item get slightly damaged only because of how heavy it was going upstairs so by all means fantastic

I've used Bellhops for two moves now and I love them! My last move was a cross country relocation. I rented a van and had them load it in one city and then once I arrived in my new city I had 2 different guys come and unload it at my new place. It's affordable and convenient and a great service. All the guys I've worked with have been friendly, hard-working, and careful with my belongings. 10 out of 10 - would use again!

It went great, as there was some funiture at my Dad's house that I needed moved to my house and also some items at my house that was moved to my Dad's house. All was done very quickly and without any damage to the antique cedar chest and desk.

Awesome! Punctual and they got down to business what above and beyond helping me move a deep freezer full of food. Would definitely recommend these guys.

I have used Bellhops twice! Both times prior to the workers showing up, I received an email with photos and names of my team which would be moving me. That made me very comfortable!! Not only were the movers on time, they were courteous, hard working and cared for my belongings as they were their own! I will always call Bellhops wether it is an across town move or just a one way load! 5 stars!!!

The team was efficient and direct. Came in and wrapped each piece and got the job done. Very friendly team.
