We had excellent service at this store. The lady who helped us was very patient and helpful, although we weren't making a huge purchase. The selection was great and the prices reasonable. The actual purchase was quick and easy.

The quality of this furniture is pristine, but so is the price. Everything the sell is customizable in terms of fabrics, accessories, wood stains, etc. You pick everything you like and they build it at a factory and have it shipped to the store where you bought it. The process takes about eight weeks, and you can either pick it up once it arrives at the store, or pay a small fee to have it delivered to your house. The salespeople are very nice, and they all work on commission, so negotiation is key. This furniture is very high quality, the staff is very professional, the service is exceptional, but I think the prices are too high. You will like their furniture though, so look for a good sale or go in with the expectation that its going to be an expensive trip.

Linda Julien was very helpful at helping us pick our new furniture out. We were very limited on space in our new home and she directed us towards only the furniture that could be made to fit our area. She was able to help us find a fabric we liked and answered all our questions, as well as explaining the protection plan they offered very clearly. When she had trouble meeting our budget she went straight to her manager and he met our budget to within $60.00. We got all this done within 30 minutes and were able to make it to our sons baseball game on time. Thanks Linda

We kept the kitchen table and chairs they are fine. The children's furniture, one piece was delivered and did not get balanced and another was deliver and was cracker ( they redelivered and it did not have the holes drilled in it and the back board was put in upside down and the reds did not match). The original order was in July and the full resolution was not til February, 6 1/2 months from order to resolution. They are allowing us to return the childrens pieces for a full refund.

BASSETT'S DELIVERY DRIVERS WERE PUNCTUAL AND COURTEOUS. MY FURNITURE CAME LOOKING GREAT - EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED.
