Scott Bartmess with Bartmess Heating and Cooling has been maintaining my old furnace and AC unit for several. Eventually the coil on my old unit began to rust and the furnace was overdue to be replaced. Scott began with replacing the furnace in the fall. He allowed to wait until spring to replace the AC because, in my case, it wouldn't cost any more to do it separately than together. By waiting I could spread out the cost and not pay for an AC unit for the first 4 or 5 months that I wouldn't be using. As always, Scott did a fantastic job. He replaced the entire system which included a new flue pipe. Scott is a great guy and I wouldn't go with anyone else.
