The whole process went fantastic & smooth as it could go! They were a head of schedule. The crew was right on time. They turned an 1900 year old basement into a great looking old basement floor. So happy I hired them to do the work!

Not sure on the exact dates on when they did the first job and the redo. Looked great for about a couple months. Then most of the stain and seal faded off. It took several months for Paul to send his workers to redo the work. Same results! I called him and he said it was my concretes fault!! Although, he guaranteed everything would last and that his product was the best. We paid him $5,000.00 and we got an ugly driveway, circle drive and patio to show for it. They did an excellent work. His estimate was more but their guarantee is 10 years compared to the other estimate I've received that has a 2 year guarantee.

Had some discoloration in a few areas but they corrected the problem and it looks great. These are rental properties and have had positive feedback from everyone that has seen the property.
