• I felt the estimate for the difficult job was quite reasonable for work to be performed, and the finished job came in just about on the money.  The end result was nothing sort of magnificent, given the state of the jacket prior to submission.  My faded jacket is back to black again, the minor tears glued back down and nearly invisible.  There was not much to be done about the thinning areas other than bringing back the color, but they recognized that the coat had been much loved and treated it with the same respect.  
• As an aside, I joined Angie's List specifically so I could find a local quality shop to fix this coat, and both the business and Angie's List came through.  Well done.

Perfect. Parka looks liked new.

I called and asked for a price to clean my wedding dress (before the wedding).  I was quoted $100.  I asked if it would be completely ready before the wedding, making sure they understood I was going to wear it, not wanting it cleaned for storage.  When I gave them the dress, they were very careful with it and took great strides to make sure all would clean well.  Then they said the price was $200.  I told them I have called and was quoted $100.  The woman said, "oh, that is only for cleaning, you will want it pressed, so that is an additional $100."  I gave them the same information on the phone as I did in person, so I was irratated that they could not give me a correct price over the phone.  Other than that, the dress was well cleaned and came back without any damage.

The service went really well. Everything was done on or before the date they said. I needed the pants done sooner than normal and they worked with me to get them to me when I needed them. They also cleaned a down comforter, and I have been using them for years to do this.

They are highly recommended by a leather company that produces leather coats.  They were wonderful to work with.

I phoned them ahead of time to see if candle wax was something they thought they could successfully remove.  They said they could so I brought them the coat.  When I return a few days later to pick up the coat, it was spotless.  I was very happy with the results of the cleaning.

They have a pick up system. My husband says that it is in a bad area. My experiences with them has been good though. I didn't spend much on them. It was very reasonable.

I called Arrow because I heard they were one of the best places in the COUNTRY to clean wedding dresses. There was tons of bead work on my daughter's dress and I was concerned about having it cleaned (and the beads possibly falling off). I called Arrow and they were so helpful. They came and picked up the dress! How nice. They did such a wonderful job cleaning. It is packaged so you can still see the front of the dress when you open the box, but it remains sealed. They called to let me know when they were dropping off. Definitely a company that knows a thing or two about customer service!

I don't have to go in. I just leave a note of what I need done. The work is very good and everything looks great when it comes back. I know people can do it for a lower price, but it is worth it when I don't have to hassle with going in and it comes back exactly as I need it. They go out of their way to make sure that you are happy, and I will continue to use them for my alteration and dry cleaning needs.

Nothing but good experiences with them. Very nice, professional, friendly and courteous. Replace buttons without being told to. If I have a special problem, I just put a note on it and they take care of it. I have had nothing but good experiences with them and their driver is top notch. I highly recommend them. I have never had any problem with them. When they bring stuff back they always tie the bags at the bottom, but jackets, etc. are hung on a special hanger. They go out of their way to send it back in good condition. Their linen service is great. Comes back beautiful.

Here's how good they are. They are in what some would consider a marginal neighborhood at 39th and Trost, yet people come from all over the city to use Arrow. Their service is always first rate. Speaking of marginal neighborhood, they have done everything. They can to make you feel safe and comfortable. There's new accessible parking on the north side of the building & a buzzer admission system. Remember that they offer a discount on cleaning brought in on Monday. We are not even tempted by the discount cleaners.

They were good to do business with, and do good work, but it took them a week to do my three shirts. This is significantly longer than other cleaners.

They have the capability of getting spots out of clothing that most dry cleaning establishments do not. We recently moved and they sent one of their drivers over to pick up all of our clothing the day we moved and bring it to our house and put it in our closet - at no charge. That was above and beyond. Cost listed is per month.

THEY HAD TO DO IT OVER TO GET THE STAIN OUT COMPLETELY & IT TOOK ABOUT 2 WEEKS, BUT THEY GOT IT OUT!

EXCELLENT JOB. VERY RESPONSIVE. HAVE TRIED SEVERAL CLEANERS AND THEY ARE THE BEST I HAVE FOUND.

REGIS EVEN SENT A LEATHER JACKET THERE! VERY RELIABLE. AWESOME WORK.
