They took measurements in each room, noted any signs of settlement (cracks in the walls and/or doors that stick), then wrote a report. It's a pretty "Cut-And-Dry" process. It's what I needed for an unbiased assessment of the condition of the foundation. My next step is to hire a contractor to fix the foundation, based on recommendations in this report.
